RENTAL TERMS

Rentals are available to individuals with a valid employment contract or proven financial stability.

To move in, you must pay the equivalent of 3 months’ rent: 1 month’s rent, 1 month’s security deposit, and 1 month’s agency fee plus VAT.

Under the Urban Lease Law, it is legal to charge the tenant an agency fee for non-annual leases, provided that such fees may be charged for temporary residential rentals (not vacation rentals), as is the case here.
