TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is a seasonal rental agreement, and the apartment cannot be used as the tenant's primary residence. It is only available to financially stable individuals who are in a temporary situation and can provide valid documentation justifying the rental period.
Pets are not allowed.
Utilities are not included in the rental price, except for fiber optic internet (which is included). To finalize the rental, three months' rent is required: one month's rent, one month's security deposit, and one month's agency fee plus VAT. According to the Urban Leases Act, it is legal to charge an agency fee to the tenant for rentals that are not annual. This fee is also applicable to short-term residential rentals, excluding vacation rentals, as is the case here.
