RENTAL CONDITIONS

Rented to people with employment contract or proven solvency.

Electricity and water expenses are paid separately.

Cleaning staff will come 2 or 3 times per week (€1,000/month).

To move in, the following amount must be paid: 3 monthly payments, 1 month rent, 1 month deposit and 1 month agency fee (+ VAT).

According to the Urban Lease Law, it is legal to charge agency mediation to the tenant in rentals that are not annual. It can be charged in temporary housing rentals, not holiday rentals, as is the case here.
