To move in, the following amount must be paid: 3 monthly payments, 1 month rent, 1 month deposit and 1 month agency fee (+ its VAT).

According to the Urban Leasing Law, charging the agency intermediation fee to the tenant is legal in rentals that are not annual; it can be charged in temporary housing rentals, non-holiday rentals, as is the case here.
