Under the porch on the terrace there is a Balinese-style bed. The house is fully furnished, and is well equipped with TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning etc. Included in the price are the community fees, the property tax (I.B.I.) and garbage collection, and exterior and window cleaning 2 times per month. Electricity, water and WIFI are paid separately.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

The property is rented to people with an employment contract or proven solvency.

To move in, an amount of 3 monthly payments must be provided, corresponding to: 1 month rent, 1 month legal deposit and 1 month agency fee + VAT.

According to the Urban Lease Law, charging the tenant an agency intermediary fee is legal in rentals that are not annual; it may be charged in temporary residential rentals, not holiday rentals, as in this case.
